Describe your question
Start with the objective: which property do you need to establish and which decision follows? Supply product type, intended use, batch identifier and existing records. State whether sampling has already happened. An enquiry is not acceptance of the sample.
Confirm the scope
Request written confirmation of matrix, parameters, method, reporting units, limits and basis. Clarify whether a conformity statement is commissioned and what decision rule would support it. Ask for total cost, extras and a realistic process instead of relying on generic online prices.
Wait before dispatch
Send samples only after confirming lawful acceptance, packaging, quantity, labelling and transport conditions. Copy the checklist below locally. Nothing is submitted to a laboratory or CannabisClub.ch. Sample dispatch and a purchase through the producer network are separate processes.
