The City of Zurich describes free, anonymous substance analysis with personal counselling at its DIZ and a dedicated cannabis offering. An appointment is required. Check current access conditions on the city website.

For consumption-related information, start with the DIZ description. For commercial batch documentation, ask an appropriate testing laboratory about matrix, parameters and sampling.
